Senator Richard J. Gordon emphasizes the importance of remembering the heroism of our veterans as a source of pride for the Filipino race, as he delivers a speech during the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Lingayen Landing in Lingayen, Pangasinan last January 9.  The event is one of a series of events held for the WWII Commemoration. Gordon co-chairs the steering committee with DFA Secretary Alberto Romulo. Other guests include (L-R) Group Captain Jim McMillan of New Zealand, US Ambassador Francis Ricciardone, Pangasinan Governor Victor Agbayani and former President Fidel V. Ramos.
