OATH TAKING CEREMONY: The Senate Association of Committee Secretaries (ACeS) take their oath before Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile at the Tañada room. The Senate ACeS group was organized last July in response to the directives of the Senate President to further strengthen the committee system of the Senate of the Philippines. The committee secretaries serve as the frontline employees during public hearings and meetings conducted in the Senate.
