GORDON ACCEPTS P6.9M CZECH REPUBLIC PLEDGE OF DONATION TO RED CROSS: Senator Richard J. Gordon, chairman of the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) receives a pledge of donation from the Czech Republic government, through Jan Janda, the Czech Embassy’s Deputy Head of Mission, in support of the PNRC assistance to the people affected by typhoon “Ondoy.” The contribution, amounting to 100,000 EUR (Euro) or around P6.9 million, will be deposited into PNRC headquarters’ Euro account.
