2012 BUDGET APPROVED ON THIRD READING: The Senate on Tuesday approved on third and final reading the proposed P1.816-trillion proposed national budget for 2012. The bicameral conference committee, represented on the part of the Senate by Finance Committee Chair Sen. Franklin Drilon, Sen. Edgardo J. Angara, Sen. Ralph Recto and Sen.
