MOFYA 2011: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada, Chairman of the Congressional Oversight Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs, delivers his speech as the Guest of Honor of the Model OFW Family of the Year Awards 2011 (MOFYA). The search for the Model OFW Family is an annual program of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) designed to give recognition to outstanding OFW families who have maintained strong family relations, properly managed their finances and made a positive impact in their community.
