PIMENTEL AT AIPA 38th GENERAL ASSEMBLY: Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III welcomes lawmakers from Southeast Asia during his remarks at the start of the 38th ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) General Assembly held at Makati City last September 16, 2017.
