SOTTO REACTS TO FAKE NEWS: Senate Majority Floor Leader Vicente Sotto III speaks out against fake news on social media directed against certain members of the Senate during a speech at the Senate plenary session on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Sotto said the Senate needs to address the proliferation of fake news in social media sites, after social media posts lambasted Sotto and some senators, for allegedly not signing a Senate resolution calling on the government to stop the killing of minors went viral.
