2017 TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY CONFERENCE: Senator Nancy Binay came back to her alma mater, the University of the Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism, to give a keynote speech for participants of the 2017 Tourism and Hospitality Conference at the UP Film Institute last September 30. Focusing on sustainable tourism, Senator Binay enjoined tourism students and the academe to help the government in coming up with projects that can boost the domestic tourism industry, provide jobs for the local communities and at the same time, preserve the country’s natural resources.
