SENATOR ANGARA RECEIVES COURTESY CALL FROM FIL-AM YOUTH LEADERS: Senator Sonny Angara gave an inspirational message to this year’s delegates of the Filipino-American Young Leaders Program (FYLPro) led by Marjorie Baltazar, Amanda Bernardo, Ryan Dalusag, Eric John David, Tyler Dos Santos-Tam, Rebecca Elmore, Ireneo Reus III, Christal Simanski, Ryann Tanap and Ray Villanueva.

FYLPro affords these young Filipinos based in the United States the opportunity to dialogue with policy makers, industry leaders, artists, social entrepreneurs and innovators in different fields with the end-goal of molding future leaders of the Filipino community in the US.

Senator Angara, having once lived in the US to pursue his Master of Laws in Harvard Law School, urged our young US-based kababayans to be politically empowered to serve and to pursue advocacies that will promote a positive image of the Philippines in the United States.
