Colorful street-dancing feat: Doning costumes made from recyclable and indigenous materials, young dancers from public elementary schools in Las Pinas City, showed off their prowess in dancing during the street-dancing competition held at the Villar SIPAG grounds in Las Pinas City. The winners then posed with Senator Cynthia Villar, director of Villar SIPAG, which has been sponsoring the contest to create awareness on environmental protection. The student-winners came from CAA Elementary School, CAA Elementary Annex and Gatchalian Elementary School who bagged the grand prize of P50,000 cash; Almanza Elementary School, Almanza Annex and Pilar Elementary School, first runner up who got P30,000 and Manuyo Elementary School, Daniel Fajardo Elementary School and Ilaya and Central Las Pinas Elementary School, second runner-up who won P20,000 cash.
