Success rate of gov’t livelihood programs: Sen. Nancy Binay during the virtual briefing of the Development Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC) on the proposed 2021 National Expenditure Program Thursday, September 10, 2020, raises the need for the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) to conduct a study to determine the success rate of the various livelihood programs of the government. “Maybe in the next budget we can provide funds to conduct a study for these types of programs since we have been spending a lot for these (livelihood programs)," Binay said.
