Marcos on MMDA funding: Sen. Imee Marcos, during the Committee on Finance virtual hearing on proposed 2021 budget, asks the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to submit to the panel a breakdown of funds it has been receiving from the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) shares, the General Appropriation Act (GAA), and its revenue collection for 2020. Marcos said that despite of the huge amount the MMDA has been getting, the Commission on Audit (COA) learned that 117 of the 170 flood control projects of the agency were either uncompleted or have not yet started.
