Dela Rosa on the passage of SB1520: Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, expresses his sincere appreciation to Sen. Joel Villanueva, chairman of the Committee on Higher, Technical and Vocational Education for shepherding the passage of the Senate Bill No. (SBN) 1520 which seeks to establish a medical scholarship and return service program for deserving students. “The passage of this bill which will promote and support our future doctors will be one of the many policy decisions we can do to help our nation.
