Cayetano introduces CREATE bill: Sen. Pia Cayetano presents the working draft on the proposed Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises Act (CREATE), in substitution of the Corporate Income Tax and Incentives Rationalization Act (CITIRA) during Tuesday’s hybrid plenary session, September 15, 2020.
