CHED and SUCs budget hearing: Sen. Pia Cayetano presides over the Committee on Finance Subcommittee D virtual hearing Monday, September 21, 2020, on the proposed 2021 budget of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) amounting to P49.5 billion, and the P79.1 billion budget for state universities and colleges (SUCs).
