Sen. Bato to Sec. Del Rosario: ‘Keep your promise': Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa asks Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario, who is also the Task Force Bangon Marawi (TFBM) chairman, if he can accomplish the on-ground rehabilitation projects in Marawi City by December next year, given the reported delays, and further aggravated by the coronavirus pandemic. Del Rosario maintained that the TFBM is on track based on their methodology and timeline of completion. “We will take your word but I must caution you that it’s not only the people of Marawi but the entire Filipino people who will judge you later on, whether or not you were able to meet their expectations,” Dela Rosa, chairman of the special oversight committee on Marawi City Rehabilitation, said during Wednesday’s hybrid confirmation hearing of Del Rosario.
