Gordon on cell sites inside campuses: Sen. Richard Gordon, during Wednesday’s virtual hearing of the Committee on Public Services, asks Globe Telecoms general counsel Froilan Castelo if they could provide connectivity to schools in outlying areas. Castelo said one of the arrangements is setting up cell sites inside campuses in exchange for the bandwidth to provide students and teachers internet connection.
