JBC member gets Lacson’s approval: Senator Panfilo Lacson moves for the confirmation in the plenary of the appointment of Judge Toribio E. Ilao Jr. as member of the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) representing the private sector during Wednesday’s hearing of the Committee on Justice and Judicial and Bar Council of the Commission on Appointments (CA), September 23, 2020.
