Holistic Approach to Address Flooding: Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel “Migz” F. Zubiri bats for a holistic approach to address the flooding that hit the country recently. Zubiri, during the hybrid hearing led by the Committee on Public Works Wednesday, November 25, 2020, said the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the Department of Public Works and Highways, the Department of Science and Technology (through the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) and other agencies should be on board in finding solutions to the problem.
