Villar at the 1st National Coconut Planting Day: Senator Cynthia A. Villar, chairperson of the Philippine Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food, joined the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), in partnership with the DOST PCAARRD, in marking the 1st National Coconut Planting Day today. The theme for this year's celebration is, "Modern Technologies: Key to Coconut Productivity (Makabagong Teknolohiya Tungo sa Masaganang Niyugan)."
