On the Vaccination Game Plan: During the hybrid session Monday, December 14, 2020 on the convening of the Committee of the Whole to tackle the COVID-19 vaccination program, Senate President Pro-Tempore Ralph G. Recto suggests that the executive branch, other government agencies, and the private sector discuss first their concrete plans on the December 16 vaccination summit. Recto said: “Maybe by January 18, when we come back on session, there will be more information that the executive can now inform Congress of the game plan, or roll-out plan by that particular time.
