Recto amendment: Senate President Pro-Tempore Ralph G. Recto proposes his amendments to Senate Bill 1945, an act further strengthening the anti-money laundering law, during the hybrid plenary session, Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Among others, Recto is proposing the creation of a new section in the bill on information security and confidentiality.
