Angara on Bible reading habits: Sen. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara inquires from Senators Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao and Joel Villanueva how many minutes they read the Bible and how long do they recommend the Bible to be read on a daily basis. Pacquiao said he reads the Bible 20 to 30 minutes in the morning and longer in the evening before going to sleep. For his part, Villanueva advised government officials to read the Book of Romans and the Book of John.
