Dela Rosa supports creation of DOFil: Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa supports the creation of the Department of Overseas Filipino Workers (DOFil) which he said would minimize, if not totally eradicate, illegal recruiters preying on innocent overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). “With the passage of this bill into law there will be no unwilling victims.
