On master list of eligible constituents: Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan explains that the provision for a master list of eligible constituents under Senate Bill No. 2057 or the COVID-19 Vaccination Program Act of 2021 would ensure that all constituents shall be inoculated regardless of their political affiliations. “To ensure there is transparency and accountability, we suggested that a list be made available. We want to make sure that all shall be vaccinated and not only those who are allies of the current mayor under the local level. However, as suggested, we are amenable to a master list of those already vaccinated, subject to refinement, so that the subject of transparency shall not be set aside,” Pangilinan told colleagues during a hybrid plenary session tackling the measure seeking to expedite the procurement and administration of vaccines for the protection against COVID-19, Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
