Tolentino amendment: Sen. Francis “Tol” Tolentino takes the floor to propose an amendment to Senate Bill No. 2057 or the COVID-19 Vaccination Program Act of 2021 during the hybrid plenary session Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Tolentino sought to insert a provision in the bill that will allow local government units to accept donations of Food and Drug Administration-authorized COVID-19 vaccines subject to the reportorial requirements of the Department of Health and the National Task Force Against COVID-19.
