Bill reapportioning Bulacan passed on second reading: The Senate approves on second reading House Bill. No. 6867 which seeks the reapportioning of the Province of Bulacan into six legislative districts. Sen. Joel Villanueva thanked his colleagues for the passage of a needed legislation to help his beloved province. “We will definitely remember, because Bulakenyos remember,” he said.
