Recto's negative vote: Senate President Pro-Tempore Ralph Recto says he is against the postponement of elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) that was why he voted against Senate Bill No. (SBN) 2214 which seeks to reset the elections in the region to 2025. “I’m against postponing elections and I am in favor of peace Mr. President.
