Imee Marcos presides over the Finance Subcommittee I hearing on the proposed 2022 budget of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and its attached agencies Monday, October 11, 2021. Marcos pointed at the huge amount of grievances under the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) and asked the department where they would get funding for this. Usec.
