Marcos continues DSWD budget proposal hearing: Sen. Imee Marcos, chairman of Finance Subcommittee I, presides over Monday, October 18, 2021, the continuation of a virtual hearing on the proposed P174.8 billion budget for next year of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and its attached agencies. Marcos asked DSWD to submit a matrix regarding the implementation of its core programs like the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), and the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Kalahi-CIDSS), particularly the goals, intended beneficiaries and accomplishments.
