Approved on committee level: Senate Majority Leader Miguel “Migz” F. Zubiri, during the virtual public hearing Thursday, January 27, 2022 on proposals to declare January 16 of every year as a special working holiday to be known as the “National Baptist Day,” moves to approve the measures on committee level. Zubiri noted a lot of the best citizens in his province, Bukidnon, are Baptists, doctors, nurses, lawyers and other professionals. “Congratulations in advance to our colleagues and friends of the Baptist congregation.
