Senate Minority bloc assesses SONA: Senate Minority Leader Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III and Sen. Risa Hontiveros in a press conference Tuesday, July 26, 2022, give their assessment of the State of the Nation Address (SONA) delivered by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. last Monday. They said that while they agreed with some of the priority legislative measures mentioned by the President, it is not however clear how the administration intends to achieve them. “For me, yesterday’s speech is just like window shopping.
