Senate hails Filipina marathoner: Senators on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 pose for a photo with Negros Oriental native marathon runner Julie Uychiat who pulled off a historic victory at this year's World Marathon Challenge. Uychiat, winning four of the seven marathons held in seven continents, is the first Filipina to finish the international event.
