Putting an end to road rage: Senate President Juan Miguel “Migz” F. Zubiri expresses alarm over the recent road rage incident involving a dismissed police officer and unarmed cyclist near Welcome Rotonda, Quezon City early this month. Zubiri was referring to a video that had gone viral on social media over the weekend, which showed a fuming motorist who brandished his firearm at the cyclist. During Tuesday’s plenary session, August 29, 2023, Zubiri said the road rage incident would have gone unnoticed if concerned citizens did not take the video. “I know that everyday there are incidents like this.
