Ligtas Pinoy Centers Act moves closer to becoming law: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada shepherded the passage on second reading of Senate Bill No. 2451, or the Ligtas Pinoy Centers Act, Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

The proposed measure aims to provide safe and accessible evacuation centers for every city and municipality in the country, which is a crucial step towards protecting communities during disasters.
