Villar’s only disappointment: Sen. Cynthia Villar recalls that she and her family had requested the construction of a drug rehabilitation center in Las Pinas when former President Rodrigo Duterte assumed the presidency in 2016. She said Duterte even graced the inauguration of the rehabilitation center. “My only disappointment is that the complaint of the people that it is hard to be admitted in the drug rehab center,” she added.
