JAMBY TO GLORIA: HEED SUPREME COURT RULING

Now that the Supreme Court has struck down EO 464, I urge Mrs. Arroyo to fully respect the decision and not engage in any dilatory tactic to prevent the decision from becoming final. There is now no more excuse on the part of the Executive Department officials from appearing before hearings conducted by the Legislative Department. The Senate should now continue its hearings on the Garci Tapes and other issues, in aid of legislation.
