KIKO AWARDS TEN ACCOMPLISHED
YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS (TAYO)

For the fourth year, Senate Majority Leader Kiko Pangilinan leads the awarding of the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) at the Malacañang Palace today.

We are elated to recognize the efforts of our youth in making a difference in their communities. The Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations are stories of sacrifice, unity and idealism that need to be heard by all Filipinos. Knowing that young people from all corners of the Philippines are working and giving back to their localities is very inspiring, and it is testament to the bright future that awaits our country in the hands of these commendable young people, Kiko said.

TAYO, Senator Kikos brainchild, recognizes the youths contribution to community service and nation-building. Through the active and encouraging support of co-presenters, led by Coke Barkada (Coca-Cola Foundation), MIRANT Philippines, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Chevron Philippines, Cebu Pacific, the United Nations Development Programme, National Youth Commission, TAYO Awards Foundation, Inc. and the Philippine Council of Young Political Leaders, TAYO is the nations _expression of confidence that, the Filipino youth can succeed in making a difference.
