Its a sell out! This agreement entered into by Mrs. Arroyo is illegal. By executing this agreement with the Japanese Government, Mrs. Arroyo sold the interest of the Filipino people.

Its a desperate move of a dying regime to exchange skills for waste. Ganito kababa ang tingin ni Gloria sa Kapwa niya Pilipino. Its another time bomb against the environment. When congress resumes session, I shall seek an investigation on this matter and demand accountability and liability for those responsible for this agreement.

This agreement violates the International Convention on the control of Transboundary movements of hazardous wastes and their disposal. There is no excuse for this agreement.
