Kiko on Con-con proposal

"First they tried an illegal People's Initiative, then they went on to try Con-Ass by themselves and now they want a Con-Con. The issue at hand is the abuse of government powers to pursue selfish, dubious ends. What will stop those wielding awesome governmental powers from using their positions and using government resources to get a Con-con to accomplish their self-serving agenda?"
