Villar guests at Phil. Marketing Association's 54th anniversary

Senate President Manny Villar will deliver the keynote speech during the 54th anniversary of the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) at the Manila Polo Club Main Lounge in Makati City on Jan. 31 at 6 p.m.

Villar, Nacionalista Party president and Agora awardee for outstanding achievement in marketing management, will also lead the induction of PMA's new set of officers and directors.

PMA is the oldest and largest organization of marketing professionals and companies in the country, with over 1000 members and associates nationwide and affiliate members in the Association of Marketing Educators and student organizations in the Federation of Junior Marketing Associations.

It is a founding member of the Asian Marketing Federation which is affiliated with the World Marketing Association.

The theme of this year's event is "Forging Global Marketing Partnerships."

PMA will host the World Marketing Conference in June. Its current president is Frederick Alegre, executive vice-president of the Philippine Graphic Publications Inc.
