ASC: Tomorrow many of the Senators will be in Supreme Court. We have three lawyers who are upstairs, nagmi-meeting ngayon si Dean Pacifico Agabin, si Atty. Carlos Medina & Atty. Jose Cadiz. Then dapat Friday yung hearing but marami ang hindi pwede sa schedule and reserve ang Tuesday and Friday next week. We are issuing subpoenas to several individuals including General De la Torre, Ruben Reyes, Mr. Leo San Miguel. And then regarding sa other hearings at the start palang naman sinabi na natin na the credibility and the Senate as an institution and the Blue Ribbon Committee is whats important to me and that we will conduct investigation in an orderly manner so maraming nakapila. One month ago ang nilalabi nilang mauna yung Transco, tapos yung ngayon yung sa SouthRail. So, let me just assure all of my colleagues dadating tayo dyan. It's important na yung quality nung ating investigation and it's important that well balance yung Senado, yung ibang trabaho natin magawa din natin. So kung kinakailangan na mag-twice a week tayo I've always been open to that, hindi naman ako umiikot sa buong bansa dahil hindi naman ako presidentiable at hindi naman ako tatakbo sa 2010 so kahit Thursday, Friday, Saturday pwede ako. I'm just saying that for the last three weeks hindi ko naman kasalanan na hindi maghi-hearing ng Friday, so hindi problema sa amin yung araw. So it's just that we cannot always have simultaneous hearing, let me just assure them na dadating tayo dun.

ASC: Di ako pabor sa sub committee. We want to make sure that we handle the hearings one at a time at the proper time. If you ask all of the Senators here merong gustong unahin ang NorthRail, merong gustong unahin ang SouthRail, merong gustong unahin yung Bribery dun sa CA. So kung ibibigay mo din lahat ng mga sub-committees and then hindi rin mababantayan lahat ng investigation we won't get the results and the quality we want. So ibig sabihin inumpisahan narin natin yung sa ZTE nandito na tayo sa laman, dalawa tatlong hearing nalang tayo bakit hindi natin tapusin tapos tapusin natin yung sa gift giving sa Malacañang, umpisahan natin NorthRail, umpisahan natin SouthRail. Kung matapos yung hearing in the next two weeks, ihi-hearing din naman talaga yung iba.
