REVILLA EXPRESSED CONDOLENCE TO RECTO FAMILY

In behalf of the Revilla clan, I would like to express my sincere condolence to former Senator Ralph Recto and his family for the passing away of his father, former Assemblyman Rafael Recto.

Atty. Rafael Recto would be most remembered by the people of Batangas as the one of their representative in the Regular Batasang Pambansa. He bears the Filipino trait of patriotism.
