ON THE COMMEMORATION OF EID'L FIT'R

I join our people in greeting our Muslim brothers and sisters, Id mubarak, as they celebrate Eid'l Fit'r to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadhan. Let all of us take this opportunity to commit ourselves once more to work for brotherhood, peace, and progress in our country--especially in Mindanao, Basilan, and Sulu. May we also remember that we are all Filipinos who believe in one God, and who have faith that all good things are possible through Him.
