Press statement of Sen. Madrigal on C5 Report

As principal complainant in the ethics case againts Senator Villar, I welcome the decision of the Senate Committee of the Whole censuring Senator Villar and demanding that he return the P6.2 billion spent on the C5 project from which he personally benefitted. The evidence is clear and beyond doubt. Senator Villar should now return his ill gotten wealth. Ibalik niya ang pera na nakuha sa kaban ng taong bayan!
