On the hostage-taking bus being treated like a popular destination

Reports have reached me that the bus involved in Monday's deadly hostage-taking has seemingly become a tourist spot, with people having their photos taken there.

We should not make light of the situation. It will just fan the fire. Dapat naman maging sensitibo tayo sa mga nangyari. Napakapangit naman talaga na parang ginagawa pang tourist spot yung napakalagim na bus na yun.

I have already talked with NCRPO Chief Director Leocadio Santiago and he committed to have the bus removed from the Quirino Grandstand within the day, para matigil na nga ang mga kaganapang ganoon.
