STLG: Makikita mo ang naglalarong dalawang tema ngayon ay una, palakasin ang STL versus yung isa naman ay i-legalized naman yung jueteng. Sinasabi nila bakit hindi na lang gawin legal ang jueteng? Lahat ng pananaw hindi pa tapos. We have other witnesses especially those mentioned by Archbishop Cruz who can shed light with STL versus jueteng. It's coming out like , there are two things: one option is strengthen STL, the other option is legalized jueteng. So legalized jueteng versus strengthening STL.

Q: Balak mo bang ipatawag si Atong Ang at Manoling Morato?

STLG: Yes, tatawagin natin para magkaroon sila ng advisory.

Q: Sir si Mr. Tony Boy Cojuangco, ipapatawag din po ba siya?

STLG: Definitely, tatawagin natin siya sapagkat serious allegation ang nangyari.

Q: Ano ang masasabi niyo kay Usec. Puno tungkol sa kanyang pagiging selective memory?

STLG: Yun nga eh .When things are too hot for him, he starts to be forgetful. Therefore kaya nga selective memory, convenient memory. Nakita niyo naman, ang publiko na ang humusga with his credibility.

Q: Disgrace ba siya sa leadership ni Pangulong Noynoy Aquino?

STLG: I would like to live that up to the public to decide.

Q: What's next for the committee?

STLG: The next meeting is for the BIR, AMLA and the other witnesses.

Q: May ipapatawag kayong mga LGU's?

STLG: Wala pa.

STLG: Tuesday, September 28. 9 a.m.

Q: Yung mga taong nabanggit sa listahan ni Archbishop Cruz, iimbitahan niyo din ba?

STLG: Yes we will evaluate it first before we can answer that. We will have to ask all of them for their statement eventually because they have been accused. We have to give them the opportunity to answer.

Q: Yung listahan hinabol sa inyo ng PNP, ikokompara niyo ba ito sa listahan ni Archbisop Cruz?

STLG: Yes, let's cross referencing and corroborating

Q: Itong September 28 na hearing hindi pa ba sila ipapatawag?

STLG: Take at the look of the time constraints. We have so many witnesses yet how many ang natannong? Tatlo lang. More than 3 hours ang na elapse. We also have to take it into account. You call in everybody but you can't reasonably ask everybody. Therefore we have to divide it because of time constraint.

Q: Si Mr. Tony Boy Cojuangco, imbitahan niyo din po ba? What can you make out of the report that he interceded?

STLG: Let's ask him before we speculate on that.

Q: You don't look at it as protecting a jueteng protector?

STLG: I would like to wait until we ask him to comment to that.

Q: On giving warning to Puno that he will be cited into contempt

STLG: Yes because our rules allows citing for contempt if you answer evasively.

Q: On Puno's answers

STLG: The memory was very selective. It was evasive. They come here with no list, alam niyo naman na jueteng paguusapan tapos wala kang dalang listahan.

Q: Do you expect him to be more open?

STLG: I hope so, let's cross the bridge when we get there.

Q: There's a possibility that you will cite him to contempt? You gave him a warning.

STLG: Let's not speculate on that. Let's see how he conducts himself next hearing.

Q: Would it be easier to believe if he was legalization of jueteng kasi parang ang gusto pa rin niya ay ang STL?

STLG: I don't think it mattered. What mattered is that you'll get the feeling na umiiwas. Yung selective memory.

Q: Don't you find it weird na mas madami pang alam si Archbishop than PNP?

STLG: Definitely. As Archbishop Cruz said with all the intelligence funds of the police cannot come up with a list unlike Archbishop Cruz.

Q: How would you try to convince the 3 other witnesses?

STLG: What we will do is we will try to talk to DOJ that has a witness protection program. Once we have made the necessary arrangements and then they agree than we can start the ball rolling.

Q: Matagal pa ba itong hearing ?

STLG: Matagal -tagal pa dahil madaming witnesses and the list keeps growing. We will see how to cut it down siguro by asking the positions na lang.

Q: Ano masasabi mo sa mga taong nagsasabi na wala naman mangyayari sa imbestigasyon?

STLG: As we have seen, history have shown us stated by Senate President Enrile na puwede mangyari , nangyari na noon eh. 1970 they were able to eliminate not only jueteng but all forms of illegal gambling. It can be done.
