Q How soon can Senator Trillanes join the Sessions?

SP Well, I was told yesterday that the resolution has to be heard by the Committee on Peace Process. Probably his joining us will be in November.

Q Right after resumption?

SP After the hearings, we will pass the concurrent resolution after the committee will report it out and that will be when we resume Session in November.

Q So ang hearing po, during the break?

SP I think the hearings will be conducted by Senator Guingona. Once the amnesty is concurred into, they will have an application. How soon that application will be processed will depend on the panel.

Q Gaano katagal po 'yung Committee hearings?

SP Hindi ko masasabi. Hindi naman magtatagal 'yun. Titingnan kung merong amendment na ipapasa doon sa proclamation although personally, I think there is hardly any need to amend it.

Q Tama po ba na pagbawalan 'yung mga officers na ma-reinstate kung babalik sa serbisyo?

SP Desisyon ng Commander-in-Chief 'yun. I think the past amnesty proclamation ganoon din ang nangyari kina Greg Honasan.
