PRESS STATEMENT OF SENATOR CHIZ ESCUDERO ON PNOY'S SONA

I congratulate the President. I am glad there was not too much of the "blaming game" in his speech and I agree with his emphasis on the creation and matching of jobs. I may personally disagree with some of his policies (i.e. CCT) but he laid out his direction regarding education, jobs, agriculture and infrastructure.
