SENATOR TG GUINGONA'S OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON ARCHIE PO'S IMMUNITY IN THE HELICOPTER CASE

Mr. Po's request for immunity was approved by the senate. His inclusion in the PNP's complaint is not within our control. Let us just wait for the decision of the DOJ and the final recommendations of the ombudsman on who should be charged for which offenses.
